Wild at Heart

Wild at Heart was a duo show in collaboration with artist Lily Hyon. The exhibit showcased a series of props and sculptures exploring the body and its surroundings with industrial, reworked materials and unexpected configurations inspired by none other than Wild at Heart (1990) by David Lynch. The show explores the relationship between fantasy and reality through humor, Americana, and a Lynchian approach to objects—objects that are less about function and more about feeling (or somewhere in between), presenting alternative modes to experiencing the familiar.
